SPUR
SPUR is a three piece band from the Washington, DC area that blends rock and roll, punk, and roots country into their own sound. SPUR have released 4 albums, an EP, a 7" record and been on several compilations as well. their last release, "Holly", is a combined effort to raise awareness for Autism Spectrum Disorder. half of proceeds from the sales will go to Autism Speaks, an organization that promotes the awareness of ASD. SPUR have shared stages with national and worldwide acts. SPUR has and continues to play and record music for benefits for many causes. singer and guitarist Scott Spur has a son on the Autism Spectrum and released "Holly" to combine the efforts of promoting Autism awareness and the human need for music that rocks...
